Tell Scott Pruitt to bring balance back to the EPA!

People for the American Way

Dear Supporter,

The EPA is responsible for protecting our nation's environment and protecting public health -- especially the air we breathe and the water we drink. But Trump put Scott Pruitt, who has spent his career crusading against the EPA and its mission, in charge.

Pruitt is cozying up to industry lobbyists, protecting polluters, and ignoring the public. So far he has made over a hundred appointments to meet with representatives of the fossil fuel industry but only five appointments to meet with environmentalists.

Act now to tell Scott Pruitt to do his job and restore the mission of the EPA>>

In an alarming move, Pruitt has proposed cutting the EPA budget and staff -- the resources needed to do the job of protecting the public -- by nearly a third.

The American people deserve an EPA that listens to scientists, public health professionals, and environmental advocates, not one that is beholden to the industries it is supposed to regulate.

Tell Scott Pruitt to bring balance back to the EPA>>

Thank you!
