Damien Schiff has a temperament and ideology that only Donald Trump can appreciate. The nominee for an open seat on the Federal Court of Claims has a history of trollish blogging in which he has insulted a sitting Supreme Court Justice, spewed vitriol at environmental activists, and written that there is something morally wrong with being gay.
His past statements and writings demonstrate that he would not be an unbiased judge dedicated to upholding justice. And his inability to explain his Constitutional interpretation to Senators who questioned him is troubling, to say the least.
