Trump Ally Stephen Miller Fantasizes About Sending ‘Everyone’ in the Biden Administration to Jail After Immunity Decision

Controversial former Trump White House advisor Stephen Miller outlined how President Joe Biden and the entirety of his administration might be thrown in jail after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution for criminal acts he might have committed as president in an appearance on Sean Spicer’s show Tuesday.

On Tuesday morning, the D.C. Circuit released a decision declaring that Trump was not immune from the charges leveled against him by Special Counsel Jack Smith pertaining to the January 6 Capitol riot.

“For the purpose of this criminal case, former President Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant,” argued the Court in its opinion. “Any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as President no longer protects him against this prosecution.”

According to Miller, the decision represents a colossal error that might come back to haunt other administrations, including Biden’s.

“The whole point, the whole point of having an immunity is so that when there is a disagreement, whether real or fake, it doesn’t matter because there is an immunity,” submitted Miller. “An immunity that only applies, Sean, when both sides agree isn’t an immunity, right? It is nothing. It means nothing.”

That’s when he brought up the possibility of Biden being prosecuted:

And so people can say, ‘Oh, well, you you you can’t prosecute Joe Biden for opening the border because that’s not a campaign activity, that’s an official activity.’ Okay, well, what if I find a judge and I find a prosecutor says ‘He opened the border to help him win reelection? To get more illegal aliens to vote. And he fought election integrity at DHS and DOJ as part of his conspiracy. So that’s a RICO violation. It’s a civil rights violation, and it’s sedition.’ That’s several hundred years in prison for those violations. Doesn’t matter if you say to me, ‘Oh, I think it’s an official act.’ I’m saying to you it’s not. And I have a judge and a prosecutor who also say it’s not. You go to jail. [Homeland Security Secretary] Mayorkas goes to jail. Everyone in your administration goes to jail, and your immunity is a worthless piece of paper.

Trump is expected to ask the Supreme Court to overturn the decision and grant him immunity as he seeks a second term in the White House.
