To achieve long term progress on the many policy issues we care about, Americans must have a democracy that responds to the needs and priorities of voters – not wealthy donors and corporate special interests. The For the People Act (S. 1) will protect and strengthen voting rights, end dominance of big money in politics, and implement anti-corruption measures to make our government work for the people. Now that the House of Representatives has passed this bill, it's imperative that the Senate follow suit.
