Tell Facebook: It's past time for robust action to protect our democracy

Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg:

Your platform has been woefully negligent in dealing with racism, discrimination, and intentional misinformation in advertising that has real concrete consequences on elections across the country.

You have a responsibility as one of the largest social media networks to be accountable to the public good-- intentional non-discrimination policies and removing deliberately misleading information are NOT censorship and are certainly not infringing on anyone's First Amendment rights.

You must act to address the rise of racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia, of false information spread by far-right extremists, and false advertisement that has serious impacts on our elections NOW.
