Congressional Republicans are still trying to strip health care from millions of Americans -- this time targeting reproductive health and rights with an unconstitutional 20-week abortion ban. Their bill would not just ban abortion at 20 weeks -- it would also turn doctors who perform those abortions into criminals and penalize them with fines or jail time.

This threat against reproductive health care is dire. A similar bill passed in the House last year and with Trump as president, if this bill passes the Senate it will likely be signed into law.
