Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell are wasting time in a global pandemic to promote a district court judge that the American Bar Association deemed to be unqualified because of a lack of expertise to the crucial D.C. Circuit Court. Justin Walker, protege of Brett Kavanaugh, is unfit for this position and would be yet one more Trump mouthpiece on a crucial court of appeals. We cannot afford to have another anti-ACA judge promoted in the midst of a global health crisis.

Justin Walker has not even been practicing law for 12 years and Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell want to put him on one of the highest courts in the country. If that alone isn't concerning, he's a loyal crony of Brett Kavanaugh who applauds his troubling views that would lead to a dismantling of the social safety net-- slashing affordable health care for all Americans, threatening social security, and more.
