Throughout Trump’s presidency, he and Mitch McConnell made it one of their top priorities to confirm far-right radical judges to the federal judiciary – and they did so at a blistering pace. 

We’ve now witnessed the results of those confirmations: a far-right Supreme Court that has worked alongside district and circuit judges to dismantle or delay progressive priorities, side with corporations that have wronged workers or poisoned our environment, jeopardized our health care, our right to vote, our right to abortion care, and so much more.
