I urge you to oppose the No Rogue Rulings Act (H.R. 1526), a dangerous attempt to strip federal courts of their power to stop unlawful government actions. This bill would prevent district courts from issuing nationwide injunctions – even in cases where the government is clearly violating the law and causing widespread harm.

Courts must be able to act decisively to protect the rights of all Americans, not just those named in a lawsuit. Limiting that authority undermines the checks and balances that safeguard our democracy and opens the door to unchecked abuse of power. Please reject this bill and stand up for the rule of law.
