Democrats Must Expand the Supreme Court

CONGRESSIONAL DEMOCRATS:

I urge you to support expanding the number of justices on the Supreme Court.

The current right-wing supermajority has damaged public trust, undermined voting rights, overturned reproductive freedom, and issued rulings that call the Court’s impartiality into question. Congress has the constitutional authority to determine the size of the Supreme Court, and it has changed that size before. We must be prepared, when we have a pro-democracy president to act with the urgency this situation demands.

Support Supreme Court expansion and help restore balance, integrity, and accountability before this broken Court does even more harm to our rights and our democracy.
